"Be Faithful in the little things..."

Every small action we take becomes a part of the whole. Gatherings to reflect on Coda. Artworks inspired by the vision to capture our imagination. Connections we make to broaden our experience. Actions for justice in our nation and beyond. Throughout Wales Pethau Bychain are building together to become Coda, Network and Festival.

‘What do you see? Arts to inspire faith and action’ - early 2017. We invited artists to imagine what they could create to inspire faith and action in Wales. We made four awards and we're now looking forward to theatre from Jane Sutcliffe, and interactive poetry workshops and video from Judith Parry and friends. Eleanor Brown writes songs to inspire action, and Cass Meurig fuses traditional Welsh tunes with creative takes on scriptural themes. We can't wait to see each project flourish!

Coda Betws - Spring 2017. Around 40 people met in Betws-y-Coed from Friday 31st March until Sunday 2nd April 2017 to shape the network and the first festival (July 2018). There was a lot of sound practical thinking on our outcomes and purpose, especially that the festivals should flourish out of our network of connections between people.

Camping (July 2017) We just went camping for the weekend! It happens that our site for the first festival in 2018 is also a working campsite, so we decided to spend a weekend there this year. It wasn’t a festival… or a practice for the festival… just a bit of time to get together and check out the site. It was lovely!
