Coda reflects the people who are part of it. We have among us various expressions of faith, many different ways in which we try to join with others to put things right and a commitment to bringing new perspectives through the arts. We have tried to bring this together into a statement, the best expression of which (so far!) is this series of concentric circles which we call our ethos.

Our approach to language reflects this ethos. It should be easy and normal for people to contribute to Coda in Welsh or English, and everything we’ve published is in both languages. Rather than writing a set of rules, and creating a set of hoops to jump though, we want to express a sense of joy and celebration about the language and culture of Wales, and aim to reflect this sense wherever we can.
